CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. If the cancellation is over 48 hours from your appointment, no fee will be issued.
However, if the cancellation is between 24-48, a fee of 25% of your appointment cost will be issued. If it is within 24 hours, this is considered a same day cancellation and it is very difficult for me to fill that spot.
Because of this, a 50% charge of your appointment cost will be issued. Same day cancellations happen sometimes due to emergencies, and I will work with you if this is the case.
NO SHOWN/NO CALL:
I understand if you forget your appointment from time to time. So, for the first forgotten appointment, I will just remind you. For the second forgotten appointment, there will be a 25% fee of your appointment cost. For 3 or more forgotten appointments, you will be issued 50% fee of your appointment cost and you will be required to pay for your future appointment in full in advance. This will be non-refundable if you do not show. I realize this may sound harsh, and it rarely happens, but when it does it hurts all my other clients who needed that time slot.
LATE POLICY
If you are going to be late to your appointment, please contact me as soon as you know. However, if you are going to be 15 minutes or more late, you will most likely have to reschedule so I do not make every other client that day behind. If this is the case, a “same day cancellation” fee will be issued.
RE-BOOKING
Please note that availability for new installs can be two weeks or more following consultation depending on my schedule. I will always try to provide service as quickly as possible, but this time frame does vary. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your service, you will need to reschedule due to my full schedule.
